Destinations

We ship to all 50 states in the USA, including P.O. Boxes, as well as US military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.

Schedule

Your order will be crafted in 3-5 business days before being shipped. Once it's shipped, please see the below map for how many business days our carriers will take to deliver your order (they occasionally take an extra day or so). If timeliness of your order being delivered is really important, please allow some extra time for manufacturing and shipping delays (which are rare but more likely during the holidays, harsh weather, or large-scale events in the delivery area).

Due to the unpredictable conditions all shipping carriers are experiencing, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any firm delivery times.

Packaging

Almost every box we ship out is custom-cut by specialized equipment to perfectly fit your order and use as little cardboard as possible. This keeps shipping costs at a minimum and reduces our impact on the environment.

Rates

We believe in fair shipping costs - our website calculates exactly what it costs us to ship your order, and that's what we charge for shipping.

Carriers

FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Very large orders are shipped Freight.

Everything You Need

Every frame we ship out comes with everything you need to hang it on the wall, so you don't need to worry about purchasing additional accessories.

Fully Assembled

All frames ordered with prints arrive fully assembled and ready to hang. All frames ordered without prints only require you to insert your photo or artwork into the frame and string the hanging wire.
